Redundant/damaged GIRO helmet ?- I'm looking for a Giro helmet to swap the straps for those on a new Giro helmet (the clasp/fittings etc on the new one aren't as good as those on the one I've just discarded*) - it has to be a Giro for the attachments to the shell to work - the type that has plastic lugs on the end of the straps that fit through the shell.
I bought two helmets - I've fitted the straps from the old helmet to one of them, I want to do the same with the other one.
Giro has been emailed but I'm not hopeful of a response on availability of spare parts.
