Re. agencies, not all of them are temporary work. A lot of agencies place people in permanent positions, from my experience a lot of companies use them as their usual method of recruitment.

Leave your CV with them and they look at their vacancies list and try to match you up with one, just be prepared for them to send you for loads of unsuitable jobs if you pick the wrong agency though.

I know and I think I did try to be sensitive , but when your told to performance manage 4 people ( and rightly so as they are in the wrong job) only to then become a peer of 2 of them , it's shall we say, a nightmare

Bloody hell

Microsoft dynamics crm trainers are paid a fortune :-() ( that's what I'm training ) but most jobs are around the south of the uk , that said I'm on 1/3 of what most of them are advertised for ..... Can I commute on my bike to London ? 
