If my eyes are telling the truth and it is an FSA crankset that is the only problem with it (well its not a problem, but FSA had a bit of a reputation 0 I know, I work in a bike shop) but saying that I have an fsa on my winter bike and its not caused too much trouble. Looks very nice!

It looks great. My first real road bike was Bianchi. I have a soft spot for them. I just love the colours they do their bikes in - strong, vibrant, confident - very Italian!

One my friends and his long-term girlfriend keep a spreadsheet of what they spend on things, to make sure they get equal 'treats' out of the household kitty. After three years, her clothes and make-up added up to an Orange Five pro with extras at £2800 for him.

Admittedly, neither are red or yellow, and the Bianchi is more handsome (IMO)

I looked seriously at Bianchi bikes when I got my new BMC. They do look great. One option is to buy it as it is, then change all the components. I got an Ultegra groupset for £450 from here http://www.merlincycles.co.uk/campagnolo-and-shimano-groupsets/shimano-ultegra-sl-groupset.html . You could then flog all the other stuff on Ebay and I reckon you would get a fair bit back for the bits if you sell them individually....

But get the Campagnolo groupset, you can always up-grade it later on if you wish. Shimano should not be let anywhere near it

Oh....and you can always get it powder coated the correct colour


edit: I've just seen you didn't give a Campag option. Ask the shop to fit Veloce.
