I'm pretty sure I'm gluten sensitive, even if I'm not I feel so much better for cutting it out of my intake.
However, that leaves food to take riding a bit more complicated, it used to be just bung a couple of butties in my bag and off I went.
Space or weight in not really an issue since I'm back on my brommie with a huge front bag.
I have started taking rice with left overs, what do you fellow sufferers recommend?

just can't beat it. 500 calories in a bit the size of 1 1/2 snickers bars side by side
Even bread I have to be careful with because a surprising amount of it contains milk or milk powder!
mushroom version gets plenty of garlic & fresh thyme...
