I passed my proficency test when I was about 7 years old. Do they want me to sit it again?!?!? Imagine I suggested that they had to re-sit their driving test, what do you think the reaction to that would be?

With the complete lack of police on the beat and an over-reliance on remote surveilance (CCTV, speed cameras etc.) how would they actually stand a hope in hell of enforcing it??

Again the minority are (potentially) ruining it for the majority of competent road aware cyclists.
I am also aware that a lot of pedestrians have been in accidents while crossing roads which have been their fault...Shall we send all pedestrians back to the Tufty Club!!
