Maybe it's my track pump, but no matter what I do it leaks when I press the plunger and won't inflate to more than 70psi

I had a few problem with my old standard wheels, but pressing firmly before lifting the lever usually did the trick, with these I cannot get the damn things to stick.

Zipp 60's clinchers with 80mm presta valve stems.

Have you twiddled with the valves?

I am not being sarcastic, but high pressure tyres from different pumps can be a real pig to get up to the right pressure unless you press the pump down until you almost sweat blood.

Sounds like your trackpump may be at fault rather than wheel/inner tubes. Could be time for a rebuild kit for your trackpump, they are usually less than a fiver or so and consist of new rubber seals on the head/adaptor and sometimes a new seal in the actual piston.
