I've just signed up and it's customary on other fora I frequent to post an intro so here's mine.

My cycling is pretty much limited to my daily commute (7 miles each way) but I'm about to get a nice new road bike thanks to my firm's recent take-up of the 'Cycle-to-Work' scheme so that may change.

If anyone else here cycles between St. Mellons & Cardiff Bay each day, give me a wave
