Nothing very special - but today on the bike just felt very good.
I've a 2 mile commute - mostly uphill there and downhill home. Friday last week was grim, everyone at home had a virus and my legs were lifeless. I didn't go out on the roadbike all weekend, Monday was a little better but still heavy going. It picked up a bit mid-week, but today my legs seemed to be on fire. I did my best time, both there and back, for a couple of months, but more important than that it just felt right. It's frosty here, and I had a bit of a wobble on a corner due to overexuberance, but stayed on and even that didn't spoil my day.
