My brother turned the top oven/grill on which has the grill in thats abit greasy and the frying pan, and left it on for a while, thinking it was the main oven.
I noticed it, i smelt it, not a nice smell.
Anyway, i opened it up and a load of smoke came out so the door was closed again.
The house is slightly smokey now as some of the smoke is getting out, and has a strange/nasty smell
Im hoping its not going to last long, but its lingering.
Question is, do i open the oven door and let the smoke come out and open every window/door and let it all go, or hide the smoke behind the door and wait for it to go slowly?
Parents are away for the weekend in caravan so mum wont know about the smell/smoke
Every time i turn around it seems to get abit worse
Im tempted to just open the doors/windows let it out and go sit outside.
Isnt it a nice evening. Well, theres no sun but its warm!
(we have had abit worse, and had it sorted out by the time she got back. Turning the wrong hob on when theres a chopping board ontop makes a very very very nasty smell
, and cushions we try to keep turned over
)
