It's a good day here: I finished work last week, have moved in with my g/f, unpacking my things now interspersed with a spell on here, a coffee, and a ride soon in the beautiful autumn weather.
This arvo I'm going to the chiropractor, but all I really need is to start yoga to loosen up my back and other body parts!

Just back from the LBS I had indeed worn out the bit at the back on my gears, just had it changed and my bike is going nicely again what a difference
