Good news - of sorts

I'm just back from the hospital. The x-ray didn't show any injury to the rotator cuff, or any arthritis in the joint.
It's being treated as Adhesive Capulitis (frozen shoulder to you!) and I've had the joint injected this morning.
Back in 6 weeks for the same again. If it's still troublesome after that I'll be referred on to the surgeons.
Here's hoping it starts to ease!
Oh, and I can still ride

I had a single injection for a frozen shoulder about 8 years ago and got a 100% positive result. I was told to keep my arm immobile in a sling for 2 days after the injection to let it work to best effect.

I was told the steroid injection often has a good result but as I've had this for well over a year it may take time to sort out...no immobilisation, carry on as normal!

It was similar with me. I had the problem for more than a year and had already had physio etc with almost zero improvement so I was told that the injection was a 50:50 situation. However, I got a 100% result. Fingers crossed for you to get the same
