Anyone see this? In honour of Clara Rockmore's (theremin virtuoso) 105th birthday, they've created an online theremin. It's pretty good actually.

I was at a convention, helping out. I couldn't leave what I was doing, but was amused by reports from the My Little Pony room. The disco had been as the DJ had to go on holidays with his parents, so it was apparently replaced by a large bearded bronie in a dress, playing the Theremin. Sad I missed it

[geek alert] I believe the teramin like sounds on "good vibrations" isn't actually played on a theramin, but imitated by a similar sounding, but technically entirely different instrument, the "electro-theramin" or some-such - which works on a completely different principle [geek alert off]
