at last at around 1o'clock this morning arallsopp and i finally got to what had become an elusive target of 400KM, having previously tried twice to get there we fell tantalisingly close around the 230 mile mark...

but last night, urged on by the will not to fail again, we got there, it hurt- but we did suffice to say im feeling quite tired and achey today, but it was worth it

I bet it is. I did my first century yesterday and the last 20 miles or so were torturous, and I hurt in places I didn't know I had places, but I was so pleased with myself....
