No idea. For France near Belgium, I'd go for http://fietskaart.be/pagina32.html (Bestellen = Order, but it requires further Flemish) and for France in general, I'd look for IGN TOP75 or TOP100 maps - or Itinerance à Velo maps if doing one of the routes they cover.

That's exactly the one I use. Enough detail to be useful, and covers enough terrain that you aren't continually changing and refolding it.
Top100 maps are 1cm:1 km IIRC, the Michelin ones are 1cm : 2 km. Either will be fine, but I use Michelin ones because I always have!

Pretty sure it shows cycleroutes if there are any - the Dieppe neck-o'-the-woods one shows the Avenue Verte to Forges-Les-Eaux.
I tend to ride mostly on roads myself.
Michelin doesn't show contours, but does show chevrons for steep hills, such the one up to Cassel, which is way harder than a climb up to 176m has any right to be. You do get a stupendous view from near the windmill though.
