Got the Man Flu

I'll have to stay away from any lurgy-carrying individuals until then.

Ive had the lurgy now for 4 weeks and at the weekend it added a stomach/sickness bug and I've been off work. Managed some toast today but I'm completely wiped out.

The wife is putting me a chicken roast out in case I'm up to it but it may be too soon

I've had it since last Friday, felt better yesterday but going down hill again now!.

I was in bed by 8 last Monday and Tuesday at work was a really killer.

Not eaten much, lost 2kg which would be great if I didn't feel so sh1t..
