Yes l know its a long way from Amiens etc. but its right outside my door and boy do l need cheering up
Why is that? Well check out the photo of my knees particularly the right one(don't worry there won't be any other body parts on view )
According to my friend who is an osteopath, damage it again like this and l will be looking at knee replacement op.

Thanks for that.....much physio and ice packs seem to be having positive results so far !
