Grange train derailment

Anyone been caught out by this train derailment? Looks like the line is closed from Lancaster to Barrow until Monday 8th April.

I work from home but need to be in one day this week early on. The line had been unreliable for some time now but this is really bad twice as long to travel by replacement buses which only runs every third train time through to every other train time. Less than half the trains get a bus!

Worst thing is that our van is in the garage with an expensive bill and is taking 3 weeks so far! We're a bit isolated right now.

Yikes - bad luck. I hope that the problems on the line are sorted ASAP.

I enjoyed riding The Bay Way but it is a bit too far for a cycle commute!

@Time Waster, is there a regular bus you can get instead of the rail replacement bus?
