The cashew bears its nut outside the fruit, apparently. Can't imagine why.

I love Grape-nuts but I do find that they do get a bit to much if I have them to often.
BTW Cashew nut are on the out side of the fruit (1 per fruit) The fruit tastes like s**t but makes a lovely drink called Uriac a round (30 upto 45%) and Fenie (45 upto 60%) both of which are local to Goa.
