I bought 25 litres of TFR back in about 2006, and with diluting it around 10:1, I'm still just over half way through it...

That grease looks similar to castrol LM .........Which i think has changed its name and for 5-6 quid a tub is ok.

Absolutely. Automotive greases are much like their cycling counterparts, but thousands of times cheaper by weight. A tub of lithium, moly, coppaslip, and moly anti seize will probably give you several decades of service with change from twenty sheets.

I meant it came in a bigger tub rather than a small tube.....Just like you could get a tub of castrol LM (or whatever it's called now)

Sounds a bit like when I ordered a pack of 10 cable crimps and Wiggle sent me a box of 100. Still got loads left after 10 years !
