I can think of a few great pleasures of life, some even filthy  but I'm sure I'm forgetting a few too.

I'll get the ball rolling with..... scratching an itchy spot..... till it bleeds  maybe not so much for some but for me.... it has to bleed

Or, you wake looking at a clock face showing you that its 30 minutes later than you "should" be getting up, then you remember you're unemployed and have nothing constructive planned for the day.

Hahahaaaawwwwwww, nuts

Its a double-edged bitter-sweet pill for me at the moment. I was in a job which I had well and truly fallen out of love with and was sticking with it more for the whole "any job is better than nowt in this climate". Got released with a decent 4 month severance package a few weeks ago, so my initial waking thought is "Ahhh, freedom" and all that, but the novelty/realisation that I now have no money coming in and the fact that I've ran out of things to do is starting to dig in grate a little bit.
