Green Reflectors??

Saw a bloke cycling tonight and he had what looked like reflectors on his wheels but they were shining a really bright distinctive green color almost like they were electric reflectors. They were really effective made his wheels and his bike stand out much more had a look an chain reaction for anyhting similar but couldn't find anything.

Anyone any ideas of what they were?

Yeah those look like the things. They were really effective think ill get some.
