Greetings from Bedford

I'd like to say from sunny Bedford, but I can't. Getting back into this cycling malarky to keep the 02 levels up and so far still enjoying it......Ive even got the "map my ride" app, get me!! I try to get out at least 3 times a week and nip along to Sandy and beyond so am probably doing around 80-100 miles in that time.......I don't know if that warrents a comment or not but it's enough for me at the moment. Looking forward to better weather!!!
