But of a cliche got the (hybrid) bike out and started to really ride during lockup 1, 60km a week.
Once lockup 2 arrived up to 100 km per week and have just hit eBay for an all carbon, drop handlebar, clipless Willier Triestina.
Enjoy rides through London, Docklands and Epping and beyond.
Retired at 62. Also love swimming, golf and theatre.
Very interested to see where this new(ish) interest takes me. Will do my version of a triathlon next summer swim\ride\walk(past back problems). But really aiming for the Eastbourne Bikeathon 1200m sea swim and 65miles ride - perhaps in 2022.
Will be asking a few questions...looking forward to participating here.
