Hi All, back into cycling after a heart attack and needing to exercise, its not all good as I am loving it and have been known to over do myself. For a 53 yea old fat bloke who has had to give up quite a few things recently its hard work but great fun. Now the bad things 
I drive a slow 3.5 tonne transit that can be a road block for cyclists, hope to meet up with like minded convalescents to compare notes and laughs. I can also be found on Strava, damn addictive and no good for controlled exercise!!
