It's is tiring climbing the hills but worth it to stop at the top, open a chocolate bar , take a drink and take in the wonderful views (better to explain my stop as this rather than to get my ventolin out )

Feel that way myself, cycled home from work tonight for the first time since I have had a virus. It's only been 4 day but I feel like rubbish. I think a hot bath is in order :-)
