I stumbled across this site while looking for information about inner tubes, of all things. I've recently returned to cycling after a 15 year break thanks to the Ride To Work scheme and I'm enjoying it more than I ever did. I was part influenced by the ever increasing price of petrol and my increasing need to keep fit.

Anyway, hello, and ...er, that's it really.
