I'm primarily a roadie (in good weather) and gravel rider (in the fall). I live in central Virginia and generally ride solo (I call it "meditation in motion")--but I'm not antisocial, so I occasionally fall in with one of the many groups in my 'hood. As an older rider, I am a "recreational cyclist" these days--which is to say, I ride for three reasons: to have fun, to stay fit, and to have fun!
