Actually, those sausage dogs can be viscous wee things - My Dad has quite the nicest little Staffie (had her since a Pup) and was attacked by two Sausage Dogs.
Maisie my Dad's dog was a bit shaken and now gives them a wide berth.
Hardly the dangerous 'devil dog' the brain - dead tabloids would have you believe! 😆

Besides, as I've always pointed out, there are surely more humans out there who are considerably more manky than the average dog... And the dog has an excuse too! 😆

That said, apparently the largest number of reported bites are (or at least were) from Labradors, I kid you not.
As for Maisie, she's quite a petit little Staffie herself, but... Well, as long as she has a tennis ball, she doesn't seem to care about anything else going on around her. 🤣

I was bitten by a lab/retriever thingy as a kid myself. Hence my wariness of canines of all shapes and sizes. I have known daft Staffies and similar too. Once I know a dog it's much better.

I also need to point out that I was recently seriously done over by a guy who hates dogs and even admitted that he had a dog years ago, but people had to take them from him, he never looked after them.

And me what... To be fair, I am actually burning up here and with the most horrendous headache from some sort of infection, so I am glad the quiz is over now.
