Guide to replacing Hollowtech ll bearings

heres a niffty little guide to replacing the bearings in any Hollowtech ll BB
As it happens i was adjusting my gears last night ( well 1.30am actually) and noticed one of the outboard bearings is collapsed in my BB .
I was just about to order a new BB when i noticed this guide.
I'm not sure where they are available from or how much they cost but the tool would be very useful to share on CC what do you think?
The bearings are standard size and can be bought cheaply anywhere.

not a bad video. The narration is actually more helpful than the pictures unfortunately. Whoever he had taking the video were more interested in filming his face than they were capturing what he was doing.
Surprisingly enough nobody seems to have done one of fitting STi levers ?
