It's a bit more complicated than that...
Hmmmmm......
The closest literal equivalent is "andrological" - of or pertaining to the man. And that, is, apparently used as a medical term. "Urology", unsurprisingly, refers to the urinary tract - and both sexes have one of them.
The reasons why "gynaecology" is a much better known word than "andrology" would take us into sociological discussions I fear the cafe is not yet ready for.
