as I was cycling down Brunswick St, Ardwick, Manchester. from some passengers in cars

I was towing 8 sheets of 8ft x 1ft of MDF on my flat bed bicycle trailer though from Selco's in Ardwick , thought I was going to be pulled over by the two bobbies outside Manchester University on Oxford Rd , but all they did was giggle

Decided to make a detour through the museum entrance after that, not as bad as a few week back, I towed some 12ft timbers on my bike trailer down Oxford Rd :/

Its amazing what you can pull on a bike trailer and motor vehicles take a wide berth with stupid loads

Enquired & informed that this set-up would be legal on the roads. They couldn't find anything that said it was otherwise. Trailers are nine foot long by the way.

can you feel the extra weight when braking and can you still dance on the pedals when climbing ?

Could you use it to carry a deer which you'd shot in the local woods and would you get into trouble if you rode it on the pavement?
