Terrible move from the driver, but as Gaz is (perhaps...?) insinuating, you had loads of time to slow down as you'd seen the incident early.
Undoubtedly the driver was at fault, but you could have given way...

I slowed from (best estimate) 25, down to maybe 15mph. The vid doesn't show it very clearly, but after using the horn, she looked straight at me......but then carried on. I slowed enough to let her pass, and moved over a bit as well, but banged on the door to show just how close she was, and to make sure she didn't come over any further.

I had a very similar thing happen to me the other day with an idiot taxi driver. Happens so often in fact that I reckon when they're turning right, especially on busy roads and they spot a gap in motorised traffic, they tend to just go for it anyway whether a cyclist is there or not. We might as well be invisible as far as these useless f*ckers are concerned.

FFS! The car driver pulled out right across his path. They were close, too close. Could have been rather nasty if she had made contact taking him out.
What lights do you use BlackPanther? Might be worth getting a much brighter one or two and an Airzound. You might even be able to fit a proper battery operated air horn if you are riding a 'bent. I would.

doesnt matter what lights or horn you had she had no intention of stopping. She shouldnt be on the road

Banging on the car door could be seen as aggressive and make you liable for damage.
However if you fend yourself off of the vehicle ............
Similar incident with a left hook, several witnesses and a helmet camera, so told the woman to stay where she was and called Police. She claimed I was being aggressive, and had tried to damage the vehicle. Fortunately two witnesses stated that I had been calm and reasonable throughout and they accepted my explanation, and she was cautioned.
