The ring road looked to be flowing a lot better than normal this morning, and I was able to get across the road to UWE without having the normal part stop ... Don't know why that road would be quiet as the Uni wouldn't be off unless everyone using that road is doing some kind of short cut?

the lack of traffic allows cars to go a bit faster but the roads are clear and the nobber count is down IMO.

Probably not all, for example some will have kids who don't get driven to school, but that they are taking a weeks holiday since the kids are off.

The worst thing is they'll all be back on Monday, and it doesn't take long for some of them to forget how to drive. The end of the summer holiday is even worse for it.
