im new to this cycling lark.
my story is this.... im doing a 360 mile bike ride in october for charity. im training hard and have been using psp22 drinks. on saturday i done a 50 miler quite quick but didnt take enough drink and got dehydrated. i want advice on what energy drinks,bars, gels if any i should take. there are so many on the market and they all sound good but im dont know either way. do any of you know which one/s are best.

Hello bazz- keep with the PSP22.
It depends where you do your 360. If you can get into garages and suchlike then eat and drink anything! The world is yours, providing you are determined to finish.
At the end of it all, it is wise to have something 'protein based' as your body will be craving food, and attack the yummiest part A.K.A. your muscles asap.

As an edit: High 5 with caffiene are quite good - when take n with water - to give you an 'edge'...allow 20 mins after taking for best effect.
