Indeed. With my rear Hope in I don’t need a bell to warn pedestrians & horses of my approach. Nearly threw it out when first bought, but the quiet replacement has now worn out so I’m trying again.
I should have takening it Wassailing the other night.

Yes but it's a classy ticking rather than a noisy rattle
