Maybe they're not quite tight enough.
Did you use a torque wrench and tighten up to recommended setting?

Not sure if this will work if all else fails, but will it be possible to place a piece of thin rubber around the handlebar, something like a piece from one of those thin exercise bands i was thinking?

Are all bolts tightened evenly?
You using some of that special carbon grease which is a bit gritty?
Yup in the past, it had non on when i removed it , maybe put some more on?
The carbon seatpost was creaking as well yesterday , i know its the post/seat rails as itdidnt creak when i stood up.
When i re carbon pasted the post i got a black sludge over my hand ?

The handlebars should be attached to the stem dry and the bolts tightened evenly, get them almost tight and tighten by doing top left then bottom right - top right then bottom left and tighten to the torque written on the stem
