Hands Free Car Phone Kit?

I'm looking at getting one of these for my blackberry, probably one of those visor mounted ones, owever there seems to be a wide range in terms of price, can anyone recommend one please?

Just drive with your knees. Hold the phone with one hand and use the other for drinking, scratching, writing notes, etc.
Certainly seems to be what all the drivers do in my neck of the woods.
