When I was diving we often used to nick a few whiffs of pure Oxygen. As long as the skipper didn't catch us at it. That really cures a thick head.

More pain killers, if nausea persists, on waking.

Slice of bread and butter with lots of sugar on it.

More water.

Long shower and, if deemed necessary, fingers down the throat!

And remember, NEXT TIME to drink in moderation.

Brush teeth. Kick dog. Go for ten kilometer "run" in the rain and mud. Long hot shower, gallon of tea and a large bacon butty with double portion of HP sauce. And relax...

Swap HP for Tommy K if it's your kid that's got a hangover!

Your last pint before going to sleep should be water.

Apparently it kickstarts the recovery when you're sleeping rather than first thing when you wake up.

I get a hangover if i drink Vodka and diet coke or Whisky and diet coke or Jack D and diet coke or Brandy and diet coke!!

Think it might be something to do with the diet coke
