Over the last hour of your night drinking have at least 1 1/2 pints of water between the alcohol. Go toilet for the 'Mother' of all pisses and then have a painkiller and a whole pint of water before bed; Thats what i make the OH do and she used to suffer bad but that works 4 her....

By the way I don't actually have a hangover I'm on the wagon. Just curious is all.

a big bike ride, then a big hearty lunch then a sleep, works eevry time, 3 days later hangover is cured
