It cheered my day up no end!

I'd had some bad news (another story) early this morning, so decided to do a full 32m commute on the Bianchi which also helped!

Hope all works out ok Charlie. Yes - I enjoyed it too...something about 'men of an age eh?'... My only note of caution is that when 'ones' age exceeds the 'normal' size chainring..."all downhill from here" is nothing but a help!

It's only the 55 that's the worry, when you see survey forms with tick boxes in ten year groupings, viz; 25-34, 35-44, etc.
Then the last one says OVER 55. In other words they think you're all decrepit (sp?) beyond that point.
