No longer a member of the 18-34 demographic - I guess if I were to buy into Strava Premium then I'd get to feel marginally better about my cycling ability...

New Year, new starts, blah, blah, etc, etc - you're already a good cyclist, you just need to not accept your limitations.

Knowing that our @Edwardoka is an abstemious sort - have a wonderful, happy day, young man :cuppa: + :birthday: (but not too much :laugh:)

I think there is a clear case to be made for arranging a 'Half Birthday' CC Ecosse ride :bicycle: for when the weather is not quite so chilly :cold:, we are all a bit fitter :training: and have some room for CAKE ! :hungry:

Nothing too strenuous, mind - given your changed age demographic … :laugh:
