I just received through my first order from Wiggle today, (through the CTC shop I might add) and am more happy about the pack of Harbio i've found inside!!

But how did they get in there and should I eat them? Is this normal or a ploy to keep me shopping?

Either way, am loving it!

My kids go and buy some "Haribo" but I would go and buy "sweets". When did Haribo become the accepted name (brand) for these sweets?
Was it just because they advertised a lot or did it come about on its own?

They are called Haribo because they are...erm made by Haribo

What do you ask for when you want a Mars bar? A chocolate covered nougat and caramel bar (with peanuts for a Snickers)?

Also a while ago Wiggle used to get their own sweets made by Haribo into the Wiggle Logo.

I still call penny sweets penny sweets, even thought they are not that price anymore. Or Pick n Mix.. But yeah, I guess kids suffer from marketing and peer preasure! "Cant have penny sweets, far too cheap", gotta have Hairibo!

Yes they do have gelatin. Ones made in Turkey are certified though Maz.
