Harrison Ford took a break from filming the latest Indiana Jones film to have a bike ride along the Fish Quay at North Tyneside.

Reading that you'd think he cycled from Grosmont to north Shields, which would have been impressive.

Even film stars know they don't live for ever so keeping fit does help a little. I saw on FB that Clint Eastwood celebrated his 91st birthday last week and Bjorn Borg was 65 last Monday.

It's unlikely anyone told him that Noth Shields has been one if the Covid variant hotspots with all the 20 to 30-somethings crowding into the street bars on the Fish Quay over the last two weeks... best avoided.

There's also a rumour he can't land a plane... don't know where I read that.
