Not sure on age but going for late 80's early 90's Sirius ,full Reynolds 653 framework and judging by the amount of braze ons a tourer .

I went to buy a koga tourer, with full golden arrow kit this week. Advertised as 23"....was 24 & a half... gutted!

Just had first short ride on this and it rides very nice and the gearing would get you a long way up Everest for sure.

Didn't notice the rear stay pump peg before!

And now you can see the retro fade paintwork.

Well used this for commuting on today and a work mate borrowed it for a quick 6 mile lunchtime ride and we both agreed it's a great machine.
