Nothing like a bicycle for actually experiencing the whole of a landscape. You aren't going through it, as in a car. You are part of it. You do a fine job documenting it on your website, which is very nice.

Thanks for the positive comments, Gravity! I do plan on doing some freelance journalism while on the road, so it's nice to know that people like my stuff!

And I totally agree with you, having driven through the streets and towns of Canada for many years, I'm now only fully able to take in what surrounds me. I'm only now able to fully appreciate the beauty of this amazing country, something that I've never been able to do from the seat of a car... I can now do it from the saddle of my bike. Good times are ahead.
