has anyone used pro cycling kit site

Pretty self explanatory really....As the title says.
Long story short Ive placed an order, and not heard anything back from them.
They use paypal, but through an email instead, so; Order placed, delivery adress given, but no payment details at all, and no option to do so through the email they sent!

So just wondering if anyone else had used the site and could shed some light....
