I'm after a relatively warm hat that'll cover my ears and also has a peak.

Can you point me in the direction of any please? I've not seen any in the shops round here.

I've got an Enduro baabaa merino hat. Not waterproof (but in practice take quite a while to get wet through) but lovely and warm.

Thanks for the reply. Have you had it long? I know of someone who's had one of those for a while and it stretched a bit.
It actually stretched so much it slipped over his eyes that he stuffed his bike and swore a lot.

Here for rides.
I wholeheartedly recommend a Sugoi Wallaroo 290 cap, but it does have ear flaps, actually an ear band so isn't to everyone's taste. Available from CycleSurgery

Have a look at the giro's on Planet X too.

Ive got a specilaised argali cap, merino wool, peak and comes down over your ears, comfy to wear. I bung it in the washing machine after each ride and it still looks like new

Have you considered a deerstalker?

It has a peak, covers the ears and can be multipurpose in terms of being able to wear it to be able to play sleuth, when not on the bike.

Ticks all the boxes, look no further. As they saw, job's a good'un.

I've had mine for a year. I haven't noticed any stretching.
