One of the guys in the CTC was riding his bike when he broke his leg. Something about an air cast. He's mad, he broke both his ankles in an outdoor climbing accident when he was 68.

I've only just seen this thread and I'm jealous

4 weeks since I broke my hand and elbow and I still can't ride without pain.
Went for a 5 mile spin last weekend and my hand was throbbing afterwards, so I've left it for another week.

Another test ride could be called for this weekend (if it doesn't rain).

But well done, be careful and don't get too sweaty in your cast
