Actually, they're not. . I think. .. For some reason schools think they give them enough holidays as it is.. .Summer, Xmas, half term etc.

Maybe your lodger has had enough of kids lol

They can take educational days and personal days off. So although not strictly holidays they can have time off outside of term time.

Actually, they are. Yes they only work 36 weeks of the year, and get loads of time off already, but they are entitled to take leave outside of these periods.

Early retirement they are civil servants after all, I know a few in our club that got out in their early fifties.
