Not sure why there are so many yellows showing as I did solve it - usually do.
I've been doing this for 119 days, apparently. If I could only do one wordley game each day, I think this would be it. Today's effort:

There's a tactic available which might not be completely obvious. Suppose you have ??REW in a particular row, and you're confident the answer is SHREW. At this point you don't need to spell out the whole word; any five-letter word beginning SH will complete the row. So you're free to play up to three new letters without risk or penalty - alwaysy assuming the spell out a real word.
It's rare, but the same tactic can occasionally be used to complete more than one row at once.
